At Box of India ANZ, we strive to deliver the authentic taste of India to your doorstep; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are generally only accepted for damaged or incorrect products. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
Return Process
- 1.Report the Issue
Contact our customer support team via email within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect food items.
- 2.Internal Review
Our quality assurance team will review your claim and the provided photographic evidence to verify the defect or shipping error in accordance with food safety standards.
- 3.Approval & Instructions
Once approved, we will provide instructions on whether the item needs to be disposed of or returned to our warehouse using a prepaid shipping label provided by us.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After verification, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement box at no additional cost to you.
